Fasting does NOT mean eating less... simply put, it is an eating schedule. Intermittent fasting has so many wonderful benefits- more ENERGY, increased productivity, less brain fog. Of course the fat loss benefits are amazing!! • Carb Cycling. As you cycle your carbs each week, you take advantage of carb depletion (giving you maximum fat burn) while also benefiting from eating carbs for maximum energy and muscle building. In a nutshell, this gives you all the benefits of a low carb diet, without the drawbacks. And you still enjoy all the carbs!! • Accountability. Having like minded individuals with you on your journey is key! In our small group, you will have ME right there with you for encouragement, daily coaching, and providing a lot of great information to help ensure your success! • Workouts. Most of our workouts take about 30 minutes to complete. They are short, but effective!! We work smarter, not harder 😀While our workouts aren't the main focus of this program- they are pretty fun! Our amazing trainers show modifications for every fitness level too. The main focus of this program is on nutrition. We don’t starve or deprive ourselves. We learn how to properly FUEL our body and in return we get RESULTS! No food groups are restricted - hello donuts! 🍩 The workouts not required, but are highly encouraged as they are the icing on the cake to see (and feel) the best results.
