Tender Braised Brisket Tacos-Flavorful Mexican Meal

These Brisket & Brie Tacos combine tender slices of brisket with creamy brie cheese, tangy salsa verde, and fresh cilantro for a delightful fusion of flavors. Perfect for a casual dinner or weekend gathering.

Ingredients: 2 lbs brisket, thinly sliced. 8 small flour tortillas. 8 oz brie cheese, sliced. 1 cup salsa verde. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Season brisket slices with salt, pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear brisket slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave. Assemble tacos by placing brisket slices on warm tortillas. Top with brie cheese, salsa verde, sour cream, and chopped cilantro. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Congratulations on the 1 year anniversary, wow this guy's went from one day a week in Delray neighborhood. To a new shiny BBQ Trailer and they both quit the jobs they held to go full-time. Now floating around metro Detroit must follow Facebook page for weekly updates. They spent a few months at Motz Burger's on Saturday n Sunday attracting hundreds of new customers. I'm posting my review from the last year ENJOY. My choice BBQ of the year 2020 opened at the start of Covid, yeah who does that. Located in the burned out section of Detroit the Delray neighborhood in view of the new international Bridge. Gaining a large following of regular customers from Metro Detroit. I've visited many times to enjoy succulent perfectly Hickory SMOKED Meat's and delicious Soulfood. Yesterday a Holy Wow experience I invented the Detroit Pig Out , yes my Instagram account. A mega portion of food for the whole family. I just threw down my money and asked for little of everything for a post Christmas day meal. See the pan of Ribs, Chicken Wings, Rib Tips n Brisket Tacos most Wonderful dinner with boxes filled with. Mac n Cheese, Sweet Tater Mash and Smoked Chicken Nachos unique instant addiction comes with Sour Cream and Pickled Jalapeno made in house a true winner. Also Grandma's receipe Special Pickles from Germany a must try. Some grilled fluffy buns and surprise treat of Chunky Banana Pudding damn that's great. Brand new Food Trailer open every Saturday Noon till 7pm you just gotta try this superstar BBQ joint. Support a hidden Detroit gem.
