That was a nice vacation! HAPPY Wednesday! I hope all my Jewish brethren enjoyed this action packed month with all the festivities and holidays. Even on vacation, we manage to pull off some crazy jobs. We had a great set up for a Britmila on Friday. It obviously consisted of a sushi bar. The event being in the brush hour, we definitely needed other options besides sushi. So the set up also included pizza ovens, omelet station, and Shakshuka! I bet you didn't even know we offered authentic wood fired pizza ovens on site, pumping out pizzas ready to eat after 60 seconds of bake time. Yep. That's what I call a efficient supply and demand. The guests were definitely making the pizzas disappear.
