Ingredients: 500g boneless chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces. 1 cup plain yogurt. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste. 2 teaspoons garam masala. 1 teaspoon cumin powder. 1 teaspoon coriander powder. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder adjust to taste. Salt to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt.
