A hearty and flavorful Brunswick Stew with a mix of smoked pork, chicken, and vegetables, simmered in a savory barbecue-infused broth.
Ingredients: 1 lb smoked pork shoulder, shredded. 1 lb chicken thighs, cooked and shredded. 1 cup diced onions. 1 cup diced carrots. 1 cup diced celery. 1 cup lima beans. 1 cup corn kernels. 1 cup diced potatoes. 1 can 14 oz crushed tomatoes. 4 cups chicken broth. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup ketchup. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put onions, carrots, and celery in a large pot and cook them until they get soft. Chicken, lima beans, corn, potatoes, crushed tomatoes, and chicken broth should all be added to the pot. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Once the stew starts to boil, lower the heat and let it cook for 30 minutes, stirring every now and then. Make the seasonings taste better, and then serve hot.
