this is just me ranting but ai'm genuinely tired of this.
can we please talk about how A LOT OF KPOP FANDOMS are getting toxic towards the new bts album? yes, its not something they did in the last albums, but its the same shit they did IN THE BEGINNING, OR ITS A MIX BETWEEN ALL THE MEMBERS MUSIC STYLES ( idk if that's how you call it, my brain is not making sense to much right now) - but its not even that, its the fact that these people are judging the use of "too much english", "too much westernized", "not this/not that" bitch shut your bitch ass up and just say you don't like the songs because you prefer shit like Dynamite, Butter and others.
and it's not even the fact that "this shows who a real army is", because its ok to not like ALL THE SONGS of an album from an artist that you love. it's the costant criticism that is getting this whole comeback.
this shit is sending me. EVEN BECAUSE STAYS AND ATINY ARE DOING IT AND I'M IN THOSE FANDOMS TOO, LIKE WTF. TELL ME WHY ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE, THAT I CONSIDERED FRIENDS, LITERALLY SHAMING ME FOR LIKING BTS NEW ALBUM JUST BECAUSE ITS DIFFERENT FROM THE "USUAL", OR BECAUSE THEY THINK THAT THE GROUP IS "TRYING TOO HARD".
this is something that I'm starting to hate. and its such an ugly feeling that makes me feel even worse. I can't enjoy music anymore, I can't enjoy watching/making edits, reading fanfictions, saving fanarts of some idols because of these people. JUST SAY YOU DON'T LIKE THEIR SONGS PLEASE.
"leave noisy music to the others", "THIS is what a song that appreciated culture really look like", "too much english", "the fans are defending a bad album" - go cry about it on your own then, idk what to tell you. I'm here to just listen to music, have a good time, not listening to you WHINING about an album of a group that you DON'T EVEN LIKE.
"womp womp, you're whining" we are not, this is a subtle jab and I DON'T GIVE A FLYING FUCK ABOUT THE "REASON" THIS PERSON MADE THE VIDEO FOR. IT'S A SUBTLE JAB AND WE CAN ALL TELL IT IS.
