buggy’s entire character is hilarious. The world gov literally thinks this fool is one of the top 5 most dangerous people alive while every citizen sees him as a total dweeb. His bounty is HIGHER than Luffy’s and everything he is infamous for was caused purely by accident and buggy trying to get out of shit.

Shanks is probably laughing his ass off at how scared the world gov is of buggy, and he’s definitely making it worse by telling the gov a bunch of fake scary shit he saw buggy do as a young pirate just for shits and giggles.

That being said i fucking LOVE buggy, like he fails so hard that things just work out for him????? There is no reasonable explanation for why I love buggy so much, life just b that way ig, buggy stan forever <3
