serious questions though, I’m not trying to be a Debbie downer, just thinking about this episode and....

why didn’t they make Madi Diyoza’s daughter? Like, for real, Madi and Hope have the same exact story, the only difference being how and why their parents died. 

Imagine a grown Madi stepping out of the Anomaly, stabbing Octavia, then disappearing, Clarke there, so shocked and confused. Then Bellamy gets taken and Clarke and Madi go into the Anomaly with Gabriel and Echo to save Bellamy.

Everything else would work, too. Octavia could be Aunty O to Madi. 

I mean, I don’t really understand how the time thing works with the Anomaly, but if seconds on the Sanctum planet can be years on the other planets, then it could’ve worked, right? Idk, someone tell me I’m wrong. I just don’t get why we’re getting all these recycled storylines in the final season. 

I liked Hope’s story but it’s basically Madi’s story. Did we need another one?
