  Building like GRETA THUNBERG Every day we're seeing innovative structure that is blending tech with nature to healthy our current lifestyles whilst benefitting the environment. These hybrid structures that consider human beings and nature alike often bring about the most beautiful buildings. The cutting-edge addition in sustainable structure is the Rainbow Tree in Cebu, Philippines by Paris-based Vincent Callebaut Architectures which reduces the carbon footprint of every destiny resident. The design group has defined the Rainbow Tree as a multi-faceted revealing structure that can pay tribute to the cultural and herbal Filipino heritage. Cebu is one of the 66 creative cities awarded through UNESCO for its innovation in layout, fashion, architecture, and the production of eco-responsible furniture. An instance of the brand new world we are looking to build. Almost two weeks ago, I had a meeting with PHP. “People Helping People” and two of our team leaders were in from California for our Pink Party which was supporting breast cancer awareness.

In this meeting one of the leaders was speaking about 5 ways people treat the business. The very first type were the people that treat it like a hobby whom “never experience true momentum”... at the time of the meeting I had A LOT of this.

Momentum that is... I was on this wave where I was feeling motivated to overcome the walls in front of me. Whether I go over it or knock them down. I could do anything. I felt like I’d get through it. I could move on to the next level by passing my test, getting my license. Everything felt like it was falling into place.

A week passed and the momentum stopped. I failed the test. Didn’t get my license. The owner at my 4-12 job told me to “Get out” (long story). I’m at an end again. The wall got higher.

Trying to find the momentum again. But I’ve just felt so discouraged. Any words of advice?
