Aren’t you tired of being in the same cycle over and over again? You’ll tell yourself, “This is enough. I’m going to change.” You start strong within your first few days, even weeks, then you fail. You’re back at square one and try a different method. Change your diet, change your gym program, get more sleep, more cardio.... over and over again, the cycle keeps spinning... I don’t know about you but I’m tired of being on this cycle. I know it’s true that as long as you keep going you’ll get somewhere.... but I feel like I’ve reached a point where going somewhere has been nowhere all along.
So, how can I make a change?
Well, here I am on a different approach, AGAIN. Just 3 weeks ago, I decided that I would do more cardio. My goal was to swim 500 meters at least 3x a week. But guess what? I’m still on it hahaha thought I was gonna say I fell off the wagon didn’t you? Anyway, my approach this time to.....
Tackle my goals, one day at a time
I always try to plan my goals for the whole week and I don’t think it’s worked too well for me. Sometimes, it did. But I couldn’t settle with sometimes. I realize that pre-planning my goals in advance made me dread the day before the day arrives. So, I’m going to focus on daily goals. I ask myself....
What am I going to accomplish today?
So my friends, let us hope for the best as we continuously fight our battles with our fitness journey. Stay strong and determined.
