Bún chả (dipping noodles), fried dumplings (bánh gối?), and bánh xèo (crispy savory crepes) at Chopsticks in Koenji! Definitely some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve had in Tokyo. And surprisingly reasonable, too! At dinner, we got out for ¥4000, including a few drinks AND two big banh mi for breakfast the next day! And they pack the veggie fillings separately so your sandwich doesn’t get all soggy......
