Today’s bake might be my new favorite Bundt that I will be making again and again. The Churro Bundt Cake the May Bundt of the Month from @thebakefeed & @nordicwareusa. Inspired by one of my favorite treats - this cinnamon sugar crusted beauty has a ribbon of cinnamon and brown sugar running through it. It is delicious - the perfect combo of cinnamon and vanilla with a tender and moist inside and a sweet crunchy outside. Trial of a recipe I’m developing. A cake with the flavors of one of my favorite drinks: a London Fog - an Earl Grey tea latte with lavender and vanilla. I started with a base recipe from @kingarthurflour (originally a lemon cake) and inspired by my favorite @preppykitchen recipe (lavender and lemon pound cake). This cake is infused with Earl Grey tea, lavender, and orange, and topped with a vanilla glaze. I’m sure others have tried this flavor combo before, but intentionally haven’t looked since I wanted to figure out the recipe on my own.
