The good thing about counting calories instead of carbs is that I can get myself out of trouble by working out. With low carb, once you're out of ketosis, you're off the wagon and it takes weeks to get back on. I spent my evening at the gym burning calories and making up for the fries and frappuccino I had at lunch. WORTH IT. Then I finished my day with a dinner of salmon, carrots. And ginger. YUM!
