Omg, I’ve discovered the strangest job I’ve ever had

I’m getting paid over $10/hr to just sit and ride a bus.

I’m a bus monitor, there to keep the kids from yelling too loud or running in the aisle while the bus is moving. most of the time it’s easy peasy. only a few instances of over excited children, who still respect adults enough to listen to me and not start anything.

only down side to this job is it starts at 6:30am.

but all my coworkers are retired old ladies & a few men who need some extra income on top of social security checks! the work is that easy, grandmas are the main work force!

it’s like a whole hidden world of employment! I can make a better wage doing practically nothing and quit my shitty minimum wage, back-breaking, hell hole of a retail job? plus I’m guaranteed hours everyday there’s school? 

AND benefits are offered through the school?!?

guys, guys, guys, listen: find out if your local bus garage is hiring because I know my local school systems are understaffed and so excited to hire me!

BK JHS students disrespect 9/11 Memorial!

It seems our middle schoolers are still making the news. Last week a group of Greece NY student’s video went viral on YouTube. Those fools quickly became the recipients of some much deserved hate due to their disgusting behavior towards their school bus monitor. Read more on this story here.

Thursday last week middle schoolers from Brooklyn JHS 292 were ejected from the 9/11 memorial for throwing garbage and other debris into the “reflection pools” which mark the spot where the twin towers once stood. They claim they were just bored and “it was something to do”.

One of the teens was also caught trying to sneak in three .33 bullet rounds into the site. He was caught at the metal detectors and had the bullets removed from his person. He was not arrested.

What is wrong with these kids? Disrespecting old women that are just trying to earn a living, disrespecting the lives lost during 9/11? Disgraceful! I hope the parents in these disgusting acts respond accordingly.

What happened to the days when teens did their disrespecting with honor? For instance, me and my friends would wait for several men to enter the local prostitute house, then launch m80 firecrackers in there. Bringing that dirty business to a neighborhood with a bunch of kids warranted such action.

Bus monitor taunted more forgiving than I am.

I know this story is old, but I had to share it for any of my readers that may be unaware of what these little punks did to this older lady.

I read about this story some time ago and saw the video on youtube, infuriated I took to twitter and Facebook sharing my anger at these little punks. Evil, cruel, insensitive, abusive little punks. The video shows these little miscreants insulting this lady, calling her fat, a troll, ugly, making statements likes “your kids should kill themselves”.

As I watched the video I wanted so badly to be there. I promise you this, those little chumps would learn a little something about respect. And mind you my words are measured here as this is an open site, but I hope, I sincerely hope those “kids” get what they have coming.

Karen Klein (the victim) said that the part that hurt most was the statement about her kids killing themselves, seeing as though one of them actually took their own life some time ago.

Police in Greece NY are looking into whether or not any actions will be filed against the little chumps, but Karen Klein stated on the Wall Street Journal that she doesn’t want the kids charged. She hopes the parents handle it on a lower level. She is a saint, I’d want their souls!

At this point there has been almost a quarter of a million dollars raised in a fund that was set up to send her on vacation. Hopefully when Karen Klein retires the replacement is someone like me.

For her composure, control, and grace in handling this, Karen Klein gets the NYCTalking New Yorker of the day award! Enjoy your vacation mam! And I guess we should thank those idiots for getting her all this money.
