Public Meeting About Future US 70 Construction Project

The Arizona Department of Transportation and the San Carlos Apache Tribe are hosting a public meeting today (Monday) to share information about a project to improve safety for pedestrians and motorists using US 70 in Bylas.

The two hour meeting begins at 4:pm at the Ernest Stanley Memorial Gymnasium in Bylas.

The $10.5 million construction project is scheduled for 2016.

Public Meeting About US 70 Safety Improvements in Bylas

The Arizona Department of Transportation and the San Carlos Apache Tribe will host a public meeting on Monday, November 17 to share information about a project to improve safety for pedestrians and motorists using US 70 in Bylas.

The two hour meeting will begin at 4:pm on November 17 at the Ernest Stanley Memorial Gymnasium.

The project includes numerous improvements along US 70 between milepost 293 and 297, and construction of a monument at the east entrance to the San Carlos Apache Reservation.

The $10.5 million project is scheduled for construction in 2016.
