Happy Tuesday! The wifi has been out at my house since Sunday morning. I called Optimum and the walked me through the process of unplugging and a plugging in my cable box, that didn't fix the problem. They sent a tech to the house yesterday, between 2 and 5... he got to the house at 7:30pm. After 2 minutes he discovered that it's not an equipment problem but something got screwed up and they disabled our wifi in our account somehow. So he puts in the order to fix it and says it will take 45 minutes to an hour. If it's not back in an hour to call and let them know what he said. So I call and I swear, the person on the other side of the call was, for lack of better word, stupid. Now after explaining everything she tells me she needs to get in touch with the tech and she will call me back. It's now almost 12 hours later and my wifi is still down and my phone has not rung. I hate Cablevision. Be safe, be kind and be awesome... I'm trying.
