Ingredients:
4-5 medium sized leeks 3 tbsps cacao butter 3 small potato boiled and diced Kosher salt 1 cup coconut milk 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 4 cups vegetable broth 2 teaspoons maca
Instructions:
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add sliced leeks and salt Allow it cook on medium flame for 25 minutes Add potatoes and vegetable broth. Allow it to boil for a few minutes Turn off the heat and add the mixture in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients Serve with coconut cream and corriander leaves
