Picked up a Cairn Wraith and made a little start on him.
Also trying to create this ethereal glow going from bright to dark in his cloak, challenging for sure but its a relaxing progress at least!

Warhammer Armies - Vampire Counts (5th Ed) - Cairn Wraith by John Wigley
Some reinforcements for my Nighthaunt Procession in the form of a Cairn Wraith. I’m really enjoying building up this Nighthaunt army, the units are very cool and there’s so much variety too, even though I’m basically painting them all as ghosts 😂.
Happy Hobbying

Another Vampire Counts (Cairn) Wraith.
The scythe blade was missing from this metal miniature, so I replaced it with one from the warhammer plastic zombie kit.
Nighthaunt Heroes
So after my post on Wednesday I got my hands on a light box and lighting kit. I decided to just jump in and start messing around with my phone camera! Here are some Nighthaunt characters that I haven’t posted yet (Lady Olynder excepted, but this photo is a lot better). The rest are under the cut. I’ve also got some 40k models in a separate post. Let me know what you think (about the photos and/or models)!
cairn wraith
Here’s a cairn wraith I converted up. Used legs cut from a chaos cultist and a hex wraith body.
