I always teach classes with walnut ink, because it’s a great and reliable ink that helps make life easy for beginners, and more importantly, it’s easy to clean up and I want my venues to let me come back 😅 But this crazy combination of gold powder and pink gouache is making me never want to use anything else 😍😍😍 Do you think @brighthq.venue would mind if I stained everything in their building bright pink on Saturday? Just a little? Pink looks great in a conference room, right? . (I’m joking, if you’re reading this, @brighthq.venue 😅 Please don’t ban me, I love you!) . I won’t bring it to class ... but I’m pretty sure it’s finding its way into my travel kit anyway. I’ll be in Brisbane for a few days, I can’t possibly be away from the sparkly for that long! I picked up this coral J. Herbin ink from Milligram just before Christmas while it was on sale, but haven’t had a chance to play till now. I didn’t realise it was a pearlescent! I love it! You guys know I’m a sucker for shiny ink 😂 . It’s not quite the @pantone colour of the year but not far off. But it’s beautiful. I need more coral in my life this year. Maybe I need a trip to the beach ... 🏖 😌 .
