Today, I realised how important to take note of your calorie intake. A lot of people already shared me this tip until my sister strongly reco to count my food intake since im too determined to lose some fats.
Before, I eat about 2k calories on a day to day basis without burning it. That made me so fat. meh!
Just for today, I only ate 1 piece of fried fish with soy sauce, 1 piece cheese bread and some vcut chips (which I regreeted after) and it already cost me 400 calories. 🤷🏼♀️ By the way, that's just for lunch, no breakfast!
I will eat fried fish only for dinner with a bit of say sauce which will be 350 calories. 🙄
By the way, you'll be stunned that that is supposed to be my CHEAT DAY today. 😭
So, 750 (lunch and dinner) calories minus 256 (exercise) that left me 494 to burn, Idk how 😂
But I will still keep pushing! Tomorrow is another day..
