Hot take in this community…. But the Roman Calvary sword called a Spatha is one of the most fuckable swords. It’s long and thick allowing powerful downward swipes, it’s got a gorgeous handle that’s so easy to grasp with a full girth. The pommel is fucking gorgeous, usually either a ball or shaped after an arrows fletchings and carved from wood. The scabbard too is just *moans* guilded caps, dark wooden or leather wrapped body, can clasp to your belt or the horses saddle. I neeeeeed this in my life

Movie Recomendation : Calvalry

Probably playing  at a theater not so close to you is the Irish film Calvary. I wouldn't  call it a must see film, but it is a very important film: particularly if you want to have an understanding of the impact of the failure of an institution (in this case the Catholic Church) has on a people... It also happens to feature a tremendous piece of acting by Brendan Gleason.
