So naughty but so nice. This was last nights supper. It's a pastry baked camembert cheese stuffed with roasted garlic and bacon. Real easy to do just take one large bulb of garlic, slice it in half, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Wrap in tin foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Next take a whole Camembert cheese and take off the top rind. Fry off some bacon lardons until golden brown. Once he garlic is done scrape out the flesh and spread it onto the cheese. Next take a puff pastry sheet and lay the bacon in the middle. Upturn the cheese onto the bacon so that the exposed top and roasted garlic is sitting on the bacon. Wrap the pastry around the cheese and wash with egg. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Once cooked take the rope layer off the pastry exposing the melted cheese and bacon.
