To clarify, I’m very aware that there are some red flags in Camilla and Selena’s supports. I understand why this makes it an uncomfortable ship for some. For me though, as a slut for character development, the flaws are part of the appeal. I don’t really ship them as they are in that support, but what I’d like them to be in the future. 

I’d like to think Selena is healthy enough by Fates to be aware of those flags and not fall into the traps. Maybe she’d slip occasionally but be able to get back up. I like the idea of her being attracted to Camilla, but realizing it wouldn’t be a good idea to pursue. I like the idea of her calling Camilla out on something. 

I like the idea of Camilla learning she doesn’t have to manipulate people into loving her, in context of the ship but also in general. I like the idea of her coming to a place where she’s honestly prepared herself to let Selena go, and then she decides to stay. I like what they could grow to be.
