This blog is accepting development anons!
Bug my character about their past! Ask them about the things you wonder about! Give them scenarios to get their brain going! Today is all about bringing out the growth hiding within my character.
Character question # 1 for multi-muses :
Which of your muses would kill for the person they loved, even if the person didn’t love them back ?
//Yep, Nicholas would definitely take advantage of his species’ natural hyperflexibility to pull this type of stunt on others

//Anyone I’m in a thread (or more) with where I rp as Nicholas... I hope both you and you’re muses aren’t to squeamish
I just saw a person saying, non-ironically, that ze loved Derek's canon development. CANON DEVELOPMENT, Iona. *shivers* I just can't with certain parts of this fandom...
I have no words, because, seriously, what canon development???
Derek Hale was basically a new character every season, depending on what the “plot” for that season required.
No explanations were ever given for these massive changes. They jarred every single season, and if not for Hoech doing his damn best to give Derek some kind of consistent through-line, it would be even worse.
You had to infer for yourself why these changes happened and what they meant - which is one of the many reasons people interpret Derek so differently. You can literally choose any motivation you like because NOTHING is ever said on screen.
Not to mention that nothing is really resolved for Derek. Virtually all of his “storylines” are left hanging in some way or another. Anything important happens off screen and we never see it.
Which, you know, on the plus side, meant Derek couldn’t be fucked up like the characters that the show focused on,
...okay, so maybe I do have some words
