It's good to see Captain Guerrero be one of the "good" ones. But a good fruit from a bad tree is still a bad fruit. Trese is still mild on their police brutality and corruption narrative. But now more than ever, Filipino cops are power tripping lawless assholes who think their badges and rank titles are licenses to kill. Just in the past two months, a defenseless mentally ill 18 year-old and an elder woman were killed by two different cops. The shooting of the latter was even caught on video (the cop was drunk and carried his gun while he's off duty and not in uniform) and it was just pure horror. All because the president is the same asshole who tolerates and even encourages extrajudicial killings.
