TIP #1: I don't have a grill or a grill pan, so I just tossed the pineapple in a frying pan on the stove and let it simmer until browned. It was delicious (the glaze is soooooo tasty) but I bet it's even better when it's properly grilled.

TIP #2: You can use a whole pineapple and peel/core it, OR you can do what I did & buy the fresh pineapple already peeled & separated from core at the grocery store (then all you have to do is slice into wedges).

Disclaimer: I am NOT a cook or a chef or anything of the sort. I have tested out these recipes in the last couple months (to varying degrees of success) and I have a few tips for most.

In a kinder galaxy, the story would've ended with Senaar Squad alive and well under the Mandalorian sun. In the kindest galaxy, none of them would've existed at all.

@pinkiemme completed the most gorgeous commission of Ahsoka's personal squad of 332nd troopers from my fic, Sun Killer Lullaby. They went above and beyond to deliver the "vintage war photo" vibes; I can practically see Ahsoka behind the lens taking the holo!

From left to right:

Lieutenant Kes: Joined the 501st during the Onderon campaign and got a little too comfortable with rebellion (he would argue he's the perfect amount of comfortable. After all, it's a skill to understand what buttons are worth pushing and the best time to push them). The de facto ringleader of the other mid-to-late gen officers that transferred to the 332nd. Upbeat, skilled, and determined. Close brothers with Vaughn. His name/design is inspired by a kestrel.

Private Flock: Mandalore is his first campaign. His gen is frankly too young to be deployed, but those decisions are above everyone's heads. The last survivor of his training batch. Startlingly competent, even for a cadet shiny. Smart, adaptable, and gentle (despite the horrors.)

Captain Vaughn (ok, technically not an OC, but as with all clones, once you spend more time thinking about them than time they're shown on screen, they get adopted): Has been with the 501st/332nd for a little over two years. Is steady as an ox, and deeply devoted to the lives of Ahsoka and the soldiers under his command. Perceptive, even-tempered, and compassionate. Styles hair for several of his younger siblings as a downtime activity. Close brothers with Kes.

And after they liberate Mandalore, they live forever in a timeline where nothing bad happens to any of them ever again.

First day as Captain and Vaughn is already going to be reprimanded (hopefully lightly) by his Commanders for being late. It's honestly not his fault though. His little “assistant” had a sudden case of the zoomies! Give it up for day 17 🥳
