Sometimes #prep doesn't sound in the least bit appealing to me. Thats why I always tell y'all and myself to #keepitsimple. I think convenience and consistency are a HUGE part to being healthy long term. For example, I made a minced #salad the other day and man did hit the spot! Decided to throw some brocolli, orange bell pepper, carrots, red onion and celery into the #foodprocessor so the work of chopping and dicing, and most of the normal clean up, was taken care of. I was going to just cut up the #avocado we had as normal but then... this sauce came into existence. 😉 Still perfecting it so I'll share the recipe in a bit, but all of this was made and ready to eat in 10 minutes. Talk about a lifestyle that saves time!...
