Controversial idea

I think that the actresses that play the best wlw on TV shows have to be a little in love with each other in real life.

Now, before you jump down my throat hear me out. I'm not saying they are all gay and hiding it or that they should be together. My little gay heart obviously wants everyone to be gay but that's not what this theory is about. I just think the wlw ships with the best onscreen chemistry tend to be a little in love with each other off-screen as well. Even if that means just a subtle attraction, a crush, or a really intense friendship.

Examples?

1. Chyler and Floriana (Alex and Maggie aka Sanvers)

Chyler herself admitted that she had a crush on Flo. This is purely speculation obvs but I think that after or during the Sanvers storyline she realized she isn't completely straight. She has talked about Flo making her discover things about herself and thanked her husband in an insta post for accepting her evolving self. Definitely in the crushing on each other category and their onscreen chemistry was great. Chyler also might be obsessed with Flo but whatevs.

2. Dominique and Kat (Waverly and Nicole aka WayHaught)

These two fall into the subtle attraction category. They have both admitted to being turned on while filming their intimate scenes. Kat even said "who wouldn't be?" Like it was obvious. They said it would be hard to film together in a different project if their characters weren't romantic because it would be hard to hide the attraction. Their onscreen chemistry is amazing and they can't keep their hands off each other in real life. They are really close. Kat is happily married and I love Ray just so everyone knows lol.

3. Natasha and Elise (Carmilla and Laura aka Hollstein)

Now these two are interesting to me because I kinda think they dated on the DL at some point. They are both openly queer although last I knew they hadn't specified what they identify as more like they just admitted to be open about who they love aka sexually fluid. (Correct me if you know more) They have great chemistry that lasted for 3 web series and a movie and they could still do more and we would eat that shit up. They talk about enjoying kissing each other and Nat once said she had feelings for a coworker on a video with Stevie Boebi. I am making an assumption here, but she totally meant Elise lol.

4. Barbara and Macarena (Juliana and Valentina aka Juliantina)

These two are the newest addition to the wlw world but honestly probably one of the best if not the best. They have killer chemistry on their show that is palpable through the screen in every scene. Their facial expressions, actions, even their tones of voice are dead on. They portray strangers becoming friends and falling in love perfectly. In real life, they are very close friends. I believe they fall into the intense friendship category. They spend a lot of time together even over valentine's day weekend. They are extremely affectionate and even send pictures to each other to ask which one they should post. Maca admitted to loving the way Barbara smells and buying her perfume and they both want a Juliantina spin-off. The obsession is real for both of them lol. Also Barbara posted this picture on her insta story and it said True Love in the corner on the original which I can't find.
