So wait, with them knowing, does this mean they don't have to deal with 'real' physics? Like Eclipse could get himself the circus licence. That they can manifest things they want or need, since they know what they are.

Yes and no. They've always existed in a world where cartoon physics is normal (like when Eclipse pulled his conspiracy board out of his pocket before learning forbidden knoweledge). The greater knoweledge can lead to greater exploitation of cartoon physics (Sun has already been utilizing this- it's how he can banish people with a broom, lol).

On other hand, now that the world is known as a fake, it has no need to pretend it's real. What the heck does that mean?

It means that while Eclipse was hoping to get a real circus license one day, the world pretended that was possible and had "filler" interactions (mainly online) that Eclipse remembers. Now he'll find getting a license impossible. There is no world outside of the blank canvas. There aren't real people he can get a license from.

They don't exist. They never did.
