A cartoon character created in the height of animation's golden age, Tom Foolery's original pilot failed to garner enough interest to be greenlighted, his creators abandoning the project and leaving the character a forgotten footnote in animation history. Tom Foolery, however, lived on in a pocket parallel universe known as 'Toontopia', the home where two-dimensional characters reside after being brought to life through animation. However, after over a hundred years of watching Toontopia grow and witnessing hundreds of cartoon characters fulfilling their purpose of bringing joy to others, Tom had grown increasingly desperate to reclaim his own purpose. It was such desperation that allowed him to be manipulated by the great "cartoon devil" into a deal: her freedom for his second chance at becoming a true cartoon character once more. The deal went south, however, as upon the cartoon devil's freedom, Tom was banished through the fourth-wall barrier and hurled into the human world.
Believing he still had his second chance, Tom sought out his creator's descendant, but a string of events would lead him to use his cartoonish 'powers' to protect his new friends and save many lives; after which he was hailed as a brand new superhero. Convinced that he could make good on his second chance and fulfill his purpose better if he embraced that role, Tom Foolery would take on the mantle of "Toonman: The Animated Ace" and would go on to be one of the strangest and most unconventional superheroes, while spreading joy and righteousness.
POWERS & ABILITIES:

.Polymorphing: Toonman can stretch, expand, elongate, shape, and mold his body into fantastic forms. All of his forms take a 1920s rubberhose animation style appearance.
Enhanced Strength: Toonman possesses a degree of enhanced strength that varies with his shaped forms.
Polymorphing fighting: Toonman is adept at incorporating his polymorphing into his own fantastic fighting style.
.Zip! Speed: Toonman has been shown to move at superhuman speeds, claiming to be “faster than a speeding Roadrunner”.
.Invulnerability & Healing: Toonman, like all cartoons, possesses an incredible degree of physical durability and stamina as well as a powerful healing factor, all of which depend on a third-person audience's strength.
.Musical Inducement: Toonman can break out and create fantastical musical numbers in the world around him, which he can use to his advantage.
.Physics Infringement: Toonman can bend (but not manipulate) the laws of physics. Again, usually depends on a third-person audience.
.Pocket-Dimension ACME Arsenal: Toonman can pull random objects out of nowhere, which he can use as various tools and/or weapons.
.4th Wall Awareness: Toonman, like all cartoons, can break the 4th wall of worlds.
.Mallet Prowess: Toonman is very adept with his weapon of choice- a large cartoon mallet.

As a cartoon character, Tom Foolery has a love for bringing joy and laughter to humans, as it is a toon's purpose. He has a great love for music and breaking out into song, a certain craving for apples to the point that he orders pineapple pizza, and a love for wearing unique socks. After a century since his pilot failed to be greenlighted and watched his fellow toons fulfill his purpose, Tom became desperate to seek a chance to reclaim his purpose, which led to him being manipulated by the cartoon devil. After arriving in the human world, Tom had made a bone-chilling discovery: The concept of death. In his first battle as a superhero, he accidentally killed his opponent through his cartoonish actions. In Toontopia, no one ever really dies, and when a toon does die, they are brought back by their creators through sequels/prequels/spin-offs, and reboots. Not only did it give Tom an eye-opening sense of how dangerous his cartoon antics can be in the real world, but it also left him with intense necrophobia.
This fear of death and things associated with it is something Tom struggles with to overcome in his adventures as a superhero. Even though witnessing death was traumatic for the toon, it also gave him an extreme moral code of honor in which he vows to never kill any or all enemies, no matter how evil they are. Such a code made him very respected in the superhero community, even if some find his demeanor ranging from strange to annoying. As much as Toonman enjoys bringing laughter and happiness to humanity, even he has some reservations about their treatment of his people. A major reservation was about how humans took advantage of iconic characters falling into the public domain and revamping them into horror characters. Such things that have been done with many of Tom's oldest friends from animation's golden age, something that he finds very disrespectful of humans turning toons that were meant to bring joy and laughter into villainous, murderous slashers without any legal repercussions. Not only does Toonman find this a great insult to cartoons and their creators, but he also feared what kind of rebranding of toons could have on the human world.
Toonman:*jumps out of an Acme Hole* "Whoa! The Koopa King himself!" *lands on his feet*
Bowser: *cracks his knuckles, growls* "Who the heck are you, twerp?!" *roars, gets into his fighting stance*
Toonman:*closes the Acme Hole* "Toonman, you big ugly pulooka!" *pulls out his Mallet, getting into his fighting stance*

Bowser: *slam-lands onto the stage* "So, Mario sent some black & white weirdo to fight me?" *stands up*
Toonman: *notices his opponent, tugs his overalls* "Actually, I came here on my own accord, ya joik!" *picks up his Mallet from the ground*
Bowser: *growls, steam coming from his maw and nostrils* "You should've stayed where you were, cretin!" *snarls, getting into his fighting stance*

Toonman:*jumps out of an Acme Hole* "As a mustached man you're very familiar with says, 'Let's-A-Go'!" *lands on his feet*
Bowser: *cracks his knuckles, growls* "For saying that, you're a dead man!" *roars, gets into his fighting stance*
Toonman:*closes the Acme Hole* "Yeesh, you have no sense of humor, Koopa." *pulls out his Mallet, getting into his fighting stance*

Bowser: *slam-lands onto the stage* "The Girdle of Hippolyta, where is it?!" *stands up*
Toonman: *notices his opponent, tugs his overalls* "On a techacility thanks to origin story reasons, that belongs to Slamazon!" *picks up his Mallet from the ground*
Bowser: *growls, steam coming from his maw and nostrils* "For annoying me, I will make your death very painful!" *snarls, getting into his fighting stance*

MoonHawk is a fictional vigilante and considered the greatest anti-hero on the ToonMan Universe ( by NRG Comics ). Known as the avenging Bird of Prey who haunted those who preyed on the disenfranchised, utilizing his vast wealth, years of education and experience, and deadly arsenal of gadgets against a rogues gallery of some of the darkest and disturbing villains.
Amongst his most impressive skills are : Master Combatant, Genius Intellect, Scientist and Leader. He utilizes various gadgets and weapons to take down his foes. And he is a leader of a faction of cartoons determined to save the humans from themselves.

When Toonman joined Team Sora on their adventures... how did he react when he entered the Timeless River world?
*Departing the Gummi Ship, Toonman looks around the monochrome land, a nostalgic smile forming across his lips while the Traveling Trio departs their ship*
Toonman: *wide-eyed* "WOW! This sure brings back memories of the black & white block of Toontopia."
Sora: *approaches Tom* "I had a feeling you'd like visiting here, Tom."
Goofy: "Gwarsh! Visiting this place each time feels like one big deja vu."
Donald: "Waagh, some embarrassing memories for me." *exhales*
Toonman: "C'mon, Donald. Those memories have made folks laugh."
Donald: *annoyed, sarcastic* "Oh, joy. I do love being the butt of the joke."
Goofy: "Don't be so glum, Donald. Remember, ya made Daisy laugh."
Donald: *blinks, then huffs* "Well, ya lose some, ya win some."
