Day 29: CAT COW STRETCH This Yoga stretch really loosens up your back and spine, and is quite simple to do. Place your knees on the floor, and your palms on the floor as well. Your knees should be straight under your hips and shoulder width apart. Your palms should be directly under your shoulders and your back should be parallel to the floor. Pull your chin to your chest and arch your spine like a CAT. Hold that position for a few seconds then breathe out deeply and roll your head and eyes toward the sky. Round your belly and spine towards the floor like a COW. Hold this position for a few seconds then back to CAT.
