The fact that some of y'all state that coupling with Najuma/AJ early on is 'bad writing' because it's not realistic for the show. Oh please, LITG is anything but realistic to the actual show - and im glad for that. cause if it was? majority (if not all) the characters would be skinny, white and straight.

But as a big ass lesbian, im glad that we have the option to couple up with a girl early on - cause last thing I want it to deal with is countless of dudes over and over again with the crumbs of interaction for the female li before getting to the actual moment in the story where they matter.

Also isn't it like a good thing that the female lis are treated the same as the guys? To idk avoid isolating your sapphic readers, and have them enjoy the game without the nuisance of forced to flirt or couple up with a dude. And for normalising wlw relationships within the dating show, without it being seen as a 'logistical complication'.

I don't really feel as if they are treated as carbon copies? like they still have a personality of their own. but the whole reusing dialogue for all characters is a writing issue that existed in the older seasons too.

TLDR: I don't play the game for the "realistic experience of a sapphic on the show", i wanna play to be gay and flirt with pretty ladies. So yes i rather much prefer being able to couple up with a girl early on to avoid any bullshit boy drama.

If you want your slow burn, just play through season 1 and 2 again to your hearts content. <3
