Scenarios... my pitch to revamp big brother

4 black people, 4 white, 4 Hispanic, 4 Asian. Out of every race, there will be one at athlete, one model, one nerd, and let's say one parent/older person. Everybody then participates in a competition where the the top 4 people win. Those 4 then choose teams, schoolyard style, 4 people each team. This way all the strong people aren't put in one team, makes it more even. Give them the opportunity where they can choose off of their race, or similar interests, or how pretty they think they are, whatever, it doesn't matter. The 4 that won then compete for hoh, subsequently allowing the 4 on that team safety. They pick nominees from any other group and evict however they want.

The weeks that follow, everybody competes individually for hoh, but again their team is safe. Obviously they can still make alliances and stuff with people out of their group and campaign and everything for them. Do this until let's say 8 or 10 people left, then merge, and they compete as individuals.

This all would kinda alleviate all the racial biases and big groups running the show. Make it a little more interesting. They should try it for a least 1 season, idk if it's happened before.
