I am not saying whether or not definitively cinderella's castle is transphobic or not i'm not a trans woman so I don't really feel like an authority on that but I will say it feels odd how the show was never accused of being transphobic when they revealed the plot a year ago. they said back then that it was going to be about trolls wearing the skin of humans and no one said a thing at the time so I genuinely can't help but wonder what happened

i don’t really like speaking about stuff like this —because, if i’m being honest, heavy discourse like this (especially when it considers a cc i thought wouldve been better/would’ve learned) really tends to fuck with my anxiety— but i needed to say: that i don’t support schlatt after the jokes he did on his newest upload. i don’t at all. i really thought he might have changed from his past jokes/his past actions, but he clearly just doesn’t care enough to stop his behavior and that’s something i can’t and won’t support. i don’t want to hear the excuse that hes “just playing a character”, because those were still his words coming from his mouth attacking those communities— they still hurt the same, regardless if he meant them or not. i’m just. severely disappointed, and angry, and tired, and i’m just gonna focus on any other content but his. dont interact with me if you still follow him, that may seem over dramatic to some —and if it does, fuck you— but i’m not gonna be around you if you don’t see the problem/support statements like that.

rt commissioned two artists to do ah merch who are getting their own booths at rtx. cow chop deserves so much more

oh was that the RT community creative merch thing they had running on twitter ? i also have mixed feelings about how that was run, because you couldn’t enter it was just, they picked people behind the scenes and went with it (some who had designed for RT before?) the idea was GREAT but executed poorly. that’s not to say i don’t love the designs that came out of it, because i really loved them all! they’re some of my fav design on the entire store. CC don’t even get merch at events sometimes and are usually a last minute addition which is BS. CC might not have the highest sub count of the lot but the community is HUGELY supportive and would buy merch in a heartbeat.
