Who is Evren?

The celestial guardian of New Earth, older than the planet itself yet considered young for his kind. He goes by many names, Evren and the celestial dragon most often, and his power allows him to project parts of himself onto Earth in any form. He is not omnipotent, omnipresent, and/or all knowing, though many may say he is simply because he is the most powerful being they know.

He protects the planet he rebirthed, and by extension the solar system, from the greater dangers of the galaxy, beings and other threats beyond the understanding of even the gods. Since the incident with Amit and Satan he's been keeping a closer eye on it; prepared to give guidance to the gods of his creations any time it's needed, but still being careful not to step in too much and too often so they can grow on their own.

His primary purpose is to protect the planet from external threats, not to micromanage a planet full of sentient beings. He rarely if ever directly interferes with conflict on earth outside of verbal advice and guidance.
