Really happy I booked tomorrow off as a lazy day. I plan on laying on the couch all day and getting some writing done 😊.

We spent all weekend packing up my grandma's home and I'm so exhausted. She's just recently moved into an old folks place, so we've helped her sell her home and store her things.

I ordered a huge feast of Chinese food tonight as a treat, I can't wait!

7.23.16 // found a bag of Pamela's gluten free, dairy free biscuit and scone mix on sale the other day so I tried it out this morning. they're not quite Pillsbury-style biscuits but for a first attempt they turned out pretty well, especially when topped with vegan butter and maple syrup

7.19.16 // dinner tonight was brown rice spaghetti with organic tomato sauce and steamed broccoli! no corn flour pasta = no stomach pain🙌🏼

7.13.16 // can't say I'm impressed with this month's love with food gluten free box. with send me gluten free, most of the items were vegan or at least dairy free--with this box, very few were, which is not something someone with lactose intolerance likes to see

6.29.16 // just a random post: panera’s gluten conscious monster cookie with nuts is not necessarily gluten free because the first ingredient is something like “oats (may contain gluten)”. ate the cookie while driving today without reading the ingredients label before because I had a lot on my mind and I needed something to raise my blood sugar. it was very frustrating to get home and read the label and realize that I was most likely glutened 

also this was an interesting read. personally I love panera but I had no idea about this

I accidentally ate gluten and my whole body is in so much pain I would go to the hospital if I could drive :) ,, ,:) ;)

As someone with celiac disease, I don't eat out much. I decided to try Noodles & Co with gluten-free noodles. I heard they were pretty good at eliminating cross contamination. Anyway, I got my food and it had part of a carrot, some broccoli, a bean sprout, and something that I couldn't figure out what it was... This is reassuring.
