Your relationship hadn’t been going for that long, only a couple of months but perhaps more.
It was still relatively new, but the two of you were definitely happy.
You had been an Avenger for around a year less than Clint had, however that also meant the two of you had known each other for quite a while.
The team had become like family to you and you couldn’t imagine what your life would be like without them.
On occasion, they took the mick out of your abilities by asking you to do random things as a joke but you never minded.
Your abilities consisted of being able to control the elements.
It was impressive sometimes and most of the missions you went on, the enemies never expected for such things to happen to them.
Your relationship with Clint wasn’t known to the team just yet – purely because there hadn’t been a chance.
“We should tell them,” you told Clint, who was sat next to you on one of the many sofas in the lounge.
He turned to look at you “How?” he questioned.
You shrugged a little “Call a team meeting?” you suggested in response.
“Pft, more like a family meeting,” he joked.
Rolling your eyes, you shoved him lightly “J.A.R.V.I.S, can you get everyone to come down here please?”
A few moments passed before the A.I responded, “Yes Miss Y/L/N.”
Within a couple of minutes, the whole team had come down and were sat in the lounge all looking at each other expectantly.
It was somewhat entertaining to see them all so perplexed considering it didn’t happen very often, if at all.
Clint glanced over at you for a moment, smiling at you so you returned it.
Just as you went to speak, Tony spoke up “So who called it?”
You slowly raised your hand to signal that you had called the meeting, deciding against saying anything else so as to see what everyone else would say first.
“What’s up crazy?” Tony quizzed.
You rolled your eyes at the nickname that Tony had given you within weeks of you starting – “You ever gonna let that name go?”
Tony shook his head with a smirk on his face “You can grow a tree, set it on fire, put said fire out and then blow the tree down,” he explained “Crazy stands Y/N/N.”
Natasha was silently glaring at Tony “Anyway,” she spoke up “We are here why?” she quizzed as she crossed her arms, leaning back in her chair.
You looked at Clint out of the corner of your eye “Clint has a girlfriend” you told them all.
Clint nudged you with his elbow “I can speak for myself thanks,” he reminded you “But I do have a girlfriend, yes.”
Steve turned his attention to Client “Congrats mate. What’s she like?” he asked with a smile.
I’ve had lots of experience with finding co admins and having to deal with things when they come and go, so i’ll give you some basic tips.
Before you search for a co admin, know what their duties will be - You don’t want to go running a roleplay, a rph or any other type of blog without knowing if they will actually be needed. Think about what duties you both can do and what ones in particular you may need help on that you cannot do.
When you write an application form, make sure you clearly say you need someone who can do x, y and z. You don’t want a co admin who is only good at one or two things or has zero experience and way out of their depth when it comes to say discussing issues with a roleplayer about why their storyline is problematic etc.
When accepting a co admin or two - don’t just choose your friends. While I am sure it will be great to have co admins as your friends - they may not have the right experience. Also them being your co admin may ruin friendships. There comes a time sometimes when you have to have your admin hat on and sort out a serious matter - they may not see it that way.
Back to accepting people - make sure they have experience in certain things. Also will you be able to trust them. Trust is a big one because they will have some form of control about the main page. I’ve been in a few situations where the co admin has messed with the main page and changed the password before, only because they were in a weird mood. I’ve seen it many times with rph blogs before too. One good thing about side blogs - you don’t give them admin control of the main page till you trust them well enough.
Set up an admin side blog - This way you will be able to easily discuss admin issues away from everyone else. I’ve used it to discuss accepting applicants in a roleplay to trying to deal with touchy issues such as kicking a member out of the roleplay. While ask and pm functions are all well and good - it’s not a good place for archiving things.
Hope that is good advice for you.

" Mother. I didn't know you were still alive. ” Andrew said the thick Irish accent flowing through his words.
“Of course, love. Did your brother try telling you otherwise?” The only major thing she did was move to the county side after she retired. But it wasn’t like she left without a trace, or tried to.
"Well I'm afraid my family has gotten a fair bit crazier. “ Anna said softly as she pulled him into a hug.
“Oh come now, your brothers are insane but your parents balance them out. I wouldn’t say it’s completely crazy.” He said lightly as he hugged her back.
