my prediction for S8E4

So they established that during the Battle of Winterfell, Daenerys lost essentially all of her true allies (Jorah, the Dothraki, most of the Unsullied) and is left with only a handful (Greyworm, Missandei, her dragons). they’ve also established that the Northerners don’t trust her; she’s yet to earn their respect and the already-rickety alliance is only held together by her and Jon’s romance. However, if Jon were to die, especially before the battle against Cersei, Daenerys would suddenly be in the North with no armies at her command, thousands of people who neither like or respect, and only a handful of true allies. We’ll have to watch her now bend the knee and show respect to these people she thought she could just walk in and rule.

Perfect plot issue for the next three episodes, we lose a main character this soon (Kit has said it’s a huge episode and one of his personal favourites which for me signals something huge happening to Jon), makes the war against Cersei even harder for our heroes and means Daenerys has to show some humility and the other side of being a good ruler: knowing when to concede to others.
