Deadpool Gets "April Pool's Day" One-Shot for 2026
Marvel Comics has announced Deadpool: April Pool's Day #1, an April Fool's Day celebration as only the Merc with a Mouth can deliver. The one-shot is written by Gail Simone and features art by C.F. Villa and more.
"Join Wade Wilson as we celebrate April Pool’s Day, the way our ancestors did – with tricks, gags, and potentially universe-ending calamity. Wait, what was that last one? The real trick is, Wade’s being serious when he figures out how deadly the situation is on April 1st, and no one believes him! But you do, right? Deadpool: April Pool's Day #1 goes on sale on April 1, 2026. The main cover is by David Baldeón with variant covers by Mark Bagley, Chad Hardin, Matteo Lolli, Phil Noto, Todd Nauck, Jim Ruggs, and Kei Zama.
