Como o biomédico pode atuar na área de biotecnologia?

O profissional biomédico pode desenvolver processos e produtos biotecnológicos onde são utilizados organismos vivos e/ou componentes celulares, tais como enzimas, células animais, fungos e bactérias, podendo ou não possuir interfaces com a virologia.

- Atua nas análises químicas e biológicas, produção de soros, vacinas e kits de reagentes para análise.

- Realiza análises biológicas e químicas de organismos para a produção de bioativos.

-  Realiza técnicas provenientes de microbiologia, bioquímica, genéticas e genômicas em amostras, para aferição dos parâmetros de qualidade dos processos e produtos biotecnológicos.

- Podendo assumir responsabilidade técnica e exercer cargo de direção técnica, chefia ou supervisão, de laboratório de controle de qualidade e/ ou controle de processos na indústria.

É importante diferenciar a ocupação biomédica (CBO: 2212-05) da ocupação dos profissionais da biotecnologia (CBO: 2011; onde inclui-se o médico geneticista), pois é ela a área de genética e genômica oficial.  Realizando modificações, sequenciamento genético e geração de organismos geneticamente modificados, entre outros. Toda via, em 2021 o Conselho Federal de Biomedicina publicou a Resolução nº 341, de 1º de novembro de 2021, na qual autoriza o biomédico ser responsável técnico na atividade de Biotecnologia. O exercício da atividade profissional como Responsável Técnico requer a capacitação na área específica de atuação.

Historically Black Men Have Had To Live Their Whole Lives Carrying Known & Unknown Traumas Due To A Lack of Outlets For Them To Transmute Stress, Anger, Pain And Aggression In Healthy Ways. As Well As Adopting Self-Imposed Narratives Like: “Men Are Weak When They Choose To Share Their Emotions With Others.”

This Is Completely False.

The Healthiest Relationships Are The Ones Where All Parties Can Be Transparent And Receive Sincere Emotional Support & Clarity From Loved Ones. Though The Key That Allows The People In Your Life To Hold Space For You To Talk Through Your Pain Is In The Content & Context of Your Expression, or Better Yet. What Is Said & The Way In Which It Is Said.

When Men Habitually Express Themselves In Rage, Anger & Nonsensical Viewpoints. What Is Communicated To The Receiving Party Falls On Deaf Ears. But When A Mans Words & Emotions Come From A Place of Emotional Stability, Men Will Then Be Able To Express Themselves With Ease. Which Aids The Listener[s] In Receiving Your Message Clearly & Creates Healthy Exchange.

When I Hear A Person Use The Term “ Independent” To Describe Their Placement In Society, The First Thing I Know About Them Is That They’ve Been Misinformed About What That Title Means And They Are Probably A Little Bit Selfish [More On That At Another Time].

A Grossly Overlooked Factor Within The Black Power/Black Independence Dynamic & One of The Biggest Downfalls of American Blacks [Besides Us Not Have A Culture That Supports & Ensures Our Survival In The Race] Is That America Is Essentially The Wild-West For Us. We Do Not See Each Other As A Family, As Kin, As A Tribe.

We Prefer Individualism Over Unity & Cooperation. We Prefer Paying Rent In Separate Shoebox Apartments Owned By Jewish Landlords Than Building Equity In A Seven Bedroom Family Estate.

The Reason Why The Tribal System Worked So Well Is Because Everyone In The Community Saw The Value In Sticking Together & Made Sacrifices That Were For The Benefit of The Tribe. Having A Culture Administered & Regulated By The Elders of The Tribe Created A Set of Rules & Customs That Everyone Abided By & Creates The Balance That we Currently Do Not Have.
