Ch192, Early spoilers
An official page count of about 21? Something like that. 17 pages of panels.
Looks like William makes swift work of dealing with Layla/Al, so that's good. LMM finally runs out of steam. 😆 I wonder if she starts talking nonsense right before she collapses. 🤔
Now we've moved straight into Finny and Snake's assignment, without a report to real Ciel and Undertaker.
Well, shit. This looks like Doll.
Chapter 192, initial thoughts
That have been sitting in my drafts for one whole month because I was contemplating whether they were worth posting or not but it looks like my thoughts on chapter 193 will be based on this post so... here it is, lol.
Many things to consider from these two panels.
It would seem that here, they are more selective about the children they take in, but how exactly and why?
Considering what they are investigating, when I first read "the test" I thought maybe a blood type test, and by "having the right aptitude" maybe having the right blood type, as in maybe having one of the rare blood types, "Canopus" or "Sirius".
Following on, I was thinking 'advanced class' was also referring to the blood type, but then I also remembered that the children there are supposedly "provided with advanced education by way of unique methods" so I am thinking... maybe they are actually looking for children with peculiar talents that they can train?
Because advanced class doesn't really feel like it could be about the blood type, but rather the child's skills. Or maybe they take in children with certain blood types, that they then train to become...? Instinct says skilled servants but I guess we shall see.
So I am looking forward to see what the test is all about, and especially what exactly they learn at that orphanage.
Okay why does the newest chapter has SUCH strong resemblance to "The promised Neverland"?.. I'm scared, Yana, please no...
Just last chapter Oda drew attention to Nami’s...evasive maneuvers
And yet her instinct here isn’t to dodge. It isn’t self-preservation. The potential loss of a foot would be a devastating loss for someone whose primary tactic is running away, but she gave it willingly and without regrets.
Vamos!
