i don’t for a second believe huiseung is over ilmi, especially after he took all that time to say yes after minu asked if he was. and what makes me sure is in his goal to distance himself from ilmi so he can be with chaeri, he literally says he can’t do platonic things with her or else it would mean he’s not taking his relationship with chaeri seriously. i’m not seeing how getting food to celebrate the end exams (especially if it’s a tradition) or putting a bandaid on your best friend’s leg is a threat to your relationship unless you don’t view that person platonically.

maybe i’m supposed to be looking at this with shoujo eyes and therefore just think those things are romantic, but i don’t have those eyes anymore. all i can think is would he act this way if it was minu and not ilmi? I think huiseung likes both ilmi and chaeri, but decided he wants to move on from ilmi and therefore is trying to be less involved in their friendship.

also, when he told chaeri why he liked her and then said he was just confused about ilmi all i could think was about that flashback that showed him and ilmi in childhood. to me i think ilmi acted more like chaeri then, it’s just that as she grew older she became more repressed to uphold appearances and try and measure up to her well known family.

GROUP DYNAMICS

in the beginning, the original five (Astrid,Lila,Chaeri,Nana,&Cherry) seemed like they we inseparable but behind close doors there was a different story. When Nana and cherry left the other girls thought that there career was over.

when Maelin and reina were introduced at first everyone was a little stand offish. Astrid had just been voted to be the leader and they thought they were going to comeback with just them three but Jina had other plans.

lila was against the idea of adding two new members and was the last to agree to the girls being in the group. it wasn't that she didn't like them she just didn't want the group to change.

The biggest fight they had was in group bonding and it was at the time where they were questioning if they were going to make a comeback ever again as a group. It was an emotional moment but they worked through it and after that they became close friends.

Arguments now only break out if there is a lack of communicaton between them. Arguments happen few and far between. Astrid says it's because Reina and Maelin fit right in with their vibe and it's like nothing has changed.

INNER GROUP DYNAMICS

Reina + Chaeri (Mori)

They are roomates. They grew really close after their time in group bonding.

They are always taking care of each other.

chae helped Reina come out of her shell and become comfortable around them.

Haera + Maelin (Maera / haelin)

They act like sibilings.

They are always bickering with eachother playfully. Haera is always looking out after mae like the big sister she is. Maelin just like the other members always go to her or Astrid for comofort when they need it.

haera is the only one who doesn't mind Mae's clingyness. she finds it enduring and adorable.

Astrid + Haera + Chaeri (Triple threat / unnie line)

They are the ogs of Dreamers. They had their falling outs after Nana and cherry left but they resolved the issues.

They matured together and see each other as family. Nothing can get between none of them.

Maelin + Reina (Linna/ maknae line)

They share one braincell. legit crackheads together

they bonded over their love for Junkfood and rom-coms.

They truly act like best friends aand they love and support each othe rno matter what. They never try to over power each other.
