So stoked by the weekend trip to Bø in Telemark! We tried some amazingly beautiful lines - especially this one trad-line (I’ll think one should just re-name it to “Rad-line”!) called “Superrisset” (7a) at Gygrestolen. Hand size crackclimbing, some amusing off-widthing, strenuous lay backing and all wrapped up with a delicious fingercrack - this one had it all! With the temperatures dropping in southern Norway, its so much better to climb also! Damn, its been a hot summer! And this climb was a hot one too, I tell yah!

@lwthemachine going 225x40 3 sets speed & endurance work 😱 . This is good speed considering the tricep and pectoral tear are only 3 weeks old. @handarmorchalk A huge part of recovery work is the ability to have all your muscle groups involved in the movement fire rapid and efficiently. I find the a few sets of high volume allows me to see the level of speed and consistency in each rep of each set. Fatigue can convince your mind to allow your body to do stupid stuff. Progress is a process not a destination.
