OK! So, I have hit upon a new plan for when I read a comic so bad it just saddens me. I'm going to post the issue number as well as one piece of media (either another comic or a book) written by a POC/WOC that I loved, just to remind myself that the Chuck Dixons of the world are not all that.

I'm also going to open up my ask box in case anyone else wants to do the same and receive a rec/give me a rec (plus it will help me avoid having to subject myself to the comic issues listed)

I actually posted a story today, shameless promo for the post HERE, which means little writing done, but here's a tease of a new WIP I started yesterday for this challenge.

Until you become too much of a problem. Shane’s mind says as he climbs back into bed, wrapping the blankets tightly around him, And then what? Shane closes his eyes and tries to shove that voice aside. He doesn’t sleep the rest of the night.

Last Movie: Parasite. I actually had to do a movie analysis for school, and I chose Parasite since I hadn't seen it yet. Before that was the new Superman!

Currently Reading: Okay, so, I started reading Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir but I'm thinking of dropping it. I'm about one third in and the writing is driving me up the wall. It has been a light read in the middle of all the school stuff I've been reading, but to be perfectly honest, I am not enjoying myself. The reason I started reading it was that a) I love The Martian movie and b) I wanted to read PHM before seeing the upcoming movie next year. But now I'm thinking the movie is probably going to be more enjoyable to me than the actual book.

Recent Obsession: None, actually. I haven't had the time to give in to obsessions :') Hopefully my own writing projects will be my next obsession.....................

Last googled: "loppuviimetteiksi." it's a (dialect) word that was present in a play that i was analysing. i think it translates roughly to "in the end."

Currently Working On: School stuff. I have two course deadlines weighing on me (first is this sunday and the next is september 15th). And after those I'll be focusing on a bigger writing project through this fall semester. The good thing is that I'm actually excited about it ♥

How long have you been playing The Sims? 

The first game I ever played was sims 2 pets and the sims 2 urbs, both on ps2. I think was 9 years old so i’ve been playing for 14 years!!!

How long have you been a Simblr, and why did you become one?

I’ve had simblr since 2015 or late 2014. I remember finding a simblr on here posting gameplay pics and I just fell in love ♥ I continued watching many simblrs from afar until I decided to make one myself :)

What type of Simblr are you?

At first I used to play gameplay pics, that only lasted a little bit. Then I moved on to posed and edited pics with OC’s (i was never into rp) and was doing that for a loooong time. Until someone was taking my pictures on IG and posting them as heir own and renamed my OC’s. I took a break and got back into gameplay which is what I currently am ♥

Which generation of Sims do you primarily play? 

TS3 5EVER OK!! I’ve played sims 4 and its cute but i find the lots/gameplay so stale, like it’s missing that ooomph, I enjoy watching others play though :) I also wanna start playing some sims 2 but i need to learn how to make my sims cute and all the cheats and tricks first.
