yesterday. the payment is showing on my student online statement. however, when i try to enrol in a course, it gives me the same "There is a financial problem with your record. Please contact the Office of Student Financial Services for assistance." message as before. i went to the SFS and did what they said but i still can't enrol. can you tell me what's going on?
No, if you’ve already taken steps to fix it I have no idea why it would be saying that. Your only real option is to go back to sfs and tell them their first suggestion didn’t work.
If you’re the same anon who was asking why you can’t switch labs and I said have you finished paying off your Fall tuition, then you won’t be able to access REM for 4-5 business days if you just paid the remaining amount yesterday, as you were on financial block. You have to wait a few days now and you should able to change courses/labs after you’ve been unblocked.
