Update time..
I fell off the wagon and stopped my fitness journey for a long time. Months and months. I was severely depressed, and I didn’t have enough energy to even worry about my goals in that aspect of my life. But that’s okay. I’ve started up again. As of two weeks ago. I’ve started working out in a local gym, and counting my calories daily. So far I’ve lost 10 pounds. That’s extremely exciting for me, and I can’t wait to see what my future holds. Any advice for me on my fitness journey? Anything helps.
