Comm - Another Starter Set (Pokemon TF)

This week's TFTuesday continues the Poke-posting, bringing with it a few more Starter YCHs done by @Kadvok! With these two entries, I went all in on fire types - picking up my sona's transformations into both an adorable Tepig and an extra fluffy Fennekin. One even turned out to be shiny - imagine the odds of leaving your starting town with one of those? Well, I'm sure one lucky trainer out there will be so fortunate - not so much the case for Scarlet's odds as a trainer, though.

Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays everyone~ This was my first proper Christmas themed Pokemon drawing back from 2012, I never posted it on Tumblr on an actual Christmas so I thought I’d do that now since I don’t have a new one I’m sorry, despite improving a lot I’m still quite proud of it~

i think its more about showing off with incinaroar than being op. there's like a parallel with nyheat and pignite

I don’t see much pararrel between Nyaheat/Torracat and Chaoboo/Pignite, because Chaoboo managed to beat its final evolution form after it evolved, and it was merely a trainer they were up against (who happened to be its old trainer). Nyaheat didn’t win. Royal Mask is a god damn strong trainer who we could count as Champion level. :D Nyaheat did manage to do some damage on Gaogaen/Incineroar, so that is progress! :D And does kinda mean Gaogaen isn’t OP as fuck, just incredibly high level. Maybe my definition of OP is different. Idk.

I'm reminded of someone pointing out ages ago that Chaoboo (Pignite)'s violent anger about food, an odd trait given his otherwise very gentle and kind personality prioritizing others, could be food aggression because he was left starving for so long... he was emaciated when Satoshi found him and couldn't eat because of the rope. ;__; So, even if it's often played for laughs, it's a little bit sad...
