So.

I’m rereading the whole ToG series and I’m on QoS and I just caught on to the possibility that in all those Dorian chapters after Aedion’s escape, he’s being forced to torture the rebels.

And Chaol mentioned that he has not heard from Ress and Brullo yet and it just occured to me that Dorian could have been forced to torture those two and all of Chaol’s men!!! When they were found on the palace gates, it was mentioned that they had cuts and bruises all over them. In one of Dorian’s POVs he also mentions that man he was being forced to torture was familiar.
