Spencer has a hard time keeping up with his bf's new labido

Spencer spends hours pouring over medical journals and trans stories and memoirs, trying to understand his partner

Spencer researches every medical procedure his partner mentions

Tmasc!reader who finally gets top surgery and Spencer spends cuddle time (after it heals) tracing the scars. When asked he says something about his work and all the scars he sees usually are scars from bad experiences and it's nice to find ones that are a sign of joy
