I’m sure some of my fellow old timers on here must have done colour insights or something similar at work, but I seriously can’t stop organising the MI gang into (what I think are) their colours!
okay so first off, for those who haven’t done it, we’ve got four colours: Cool Blue, Fiery Red, Earth Green and Sunshine Yellow. The idea is that most people will lead with one of these colours. It splits between introvert (Blue & Green) and extrovert (Yellow & Red) and they have their different traits - apologies for the bad screenshot!
So in my head we have the following (and feel free to ignore or disagree!):
Earth Green - super caring about his team (and people he’s just met - hey Grace), incredibly supportive, encourages people to be the best they can be, holds himself back emotionally, and on a bad day definitely stubborn. Sorry Ethan, as a fellow Greener I apologise that we’re classed as plodding on a bad day!
Cool Blue - and not just ‘cause this guys cool as f*ck. He always strikes me as data-driven, he’s precise and meticulous, he’s curious and insightful. He can definitely be suspicious when he’s caught off guard (hey Will) and can pull back to keep people at arm’s length.
Sunshine Yellow - I mean, he’s a freaking sunbeam! I did struggle with Benji, ‘cause I think he fits Blue and Green as well, so maybe he has a few over the line BUT he’s sociable, he’s creative, imaginative and very enthusiastic. He can also get frazzled, get a little carried away and, well, the babbling.
Fiery Red - so their slogan is "be bright, be brief, be gone", which I feel like might be Ilsa's mantra in life. But anyway, she's strong-willed, very determined, she's got the potential to be a good leader, but at times her patience for others seems limited. She likes to be in control of situations and there's a definite competitiveness to her.
Cool Blue: sorry, he's my darling atm so I couldn't not include him. Here we've got a guy who's very precise, who loves structure and order, who likes to play things by the book. He can seem cold, aloof and wants reasons for why they're doing what they're doing.
